Buyer Agency
Agent represents the best interests of the Buyer
Agent owes fiduciary duties to the Buyer.
Agent gives all material facts to the Buyer so he/she can make an educated decision.
Dual Agency
Agent represents both Buyer and Seller equally.
Agent’s objective is to reach an agreement that’s mutually satisfactory to all parties.
Agent will give all options to both Buyer and Seller.
Agent may do nothing to the detriment of either the Buyer or Seller. Confidentiality
is owed to all parties.
All parties may be present at a contract presentation to negotiate on their own
behalf.
Before making any decisions, both/all parties have the right to seek family, religious,
financial, and/ or legal counsel.
