Researchers: Water wars brewing in Southeast

Researchers studying freshwater sustainability in the United States have found that the Southeast, with the exception of Florida, does not have enough water capacity to meet its future needs.

Survey: Workers forgoing vacation time

The online poll asked, “Have you used all of your vacation time this year?” Of the 627 workers who took the survey 54% answered “yes” and 46% answered “no.”

Report: Home sales increase not a sign of improvement

Sales of existing homes rose to 4.68 million nationwide in November, but the increase is not likely the start of a genuine recovery in housing, according to a report by Wells Fargo Securities. The oversupply of existing homes continues to be a substantial obstacle for the housing market.
