Department of Mental Health on Thursday, is a virtual roadmap of the years-old efforts by the agency and the city to get the maximum value out of the property and make it a continuing asset to the Columbia economy. S.C. unemployment rate drops slightlySouth Carolina’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate decreased by 0.1 percentage point in November, to 10.6%. This continued decline in unemployment represents a move downward of 1.9 percentage points since January.
