Graham: Ex-Im Bank crucial to Boeing’s future in S.C.

Sen. Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., said Monday he’s backing legislation that will reauthorize the Federal Export-Import Bank. The bank is self-financing and backs loans that help U.S. firms sell goods overseas. A vote could take place as early as today.

Credit card marketers now targeting students online
