Annette is a member in good standing of the Local Association of REALTORS® (CCAR), South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and THE National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) in addition to the CMLS Multiple Listing Service. Annette feels that being a REALTOR® is more than joining professional associations; she believes REALTORS® should be involved in the communities where they work as well. Annette has served her community in many capacities from School Improvement Council Member to Ambassador for Columbia Chamber of Commerce. She and EXIT Real Estate Consultants also support Habitat for Humanity and to date they have donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes.
