The Beaver Lake neighborhood is part of the Woodcreek Farms neighborhood on the northeast side of Columbia, South Carolina in a small town called Pontiac.  This very exclusive neighborhood is located between I-20 and Two Notch Road off of Spears Creek Road and north of Jacobs Millpond Road.  With Columbia, SC being centrally located in the State and having three interstate systems, residents can be almost anywhere with easy access to wherever they wish to go.  With I-20 just minutes away, connect with Hwy. 277 or Two Notch Road to the southwest and be in downtown Columbia in less than 15 minutes.  Head west on I-20 and be in Atlanta, Georgia in just over 4 hours.  Head east on I-20, and residents can be in Myrtle Beach, SC in 3 hours.  Connect with I-77 north and find Charlotte, North Carolina in less than 2 hours, or head south and connect with I-26 and be in Charleston, SC or Asheville, NC in little more than 2 hours.  I-26 east also intersects I-95 and can take residents of Beaver Lake to anywhere on the east coast they might wish to go.  No matter where it is you need or wish to be, living in the Beaver Lake neighborhood can put you on the track to anywhere.
