Arnold completes land purchase for housing project
Ben Arnold, principal of Arnold Realty Co., purchased the former CMC Construction Services warehouse on Huger Street. This 1.6 acre property was the final piece of the puzzle for the proposed 600-bed student housing project near the University of South Carolina.
