Remaining Carolina Walk condos sold to Upstate firm

A Greenville real estate investment firm has bought the remaining 29 units at the development next to the University of South Carolina’s Williams-Brice Stadium. Serrus Capital Partners plans to flip the units at two-thirds their original asking price.

Hitt: Expect unemployment insurance reform

The analyst will organize, plan, test, install and develop complex batch, interactive computer systems in client-servicer environments. Starting salary is $53,790-$65,000. A bachelor’s degree in computer science and seven years’ experience are required, as is knowledge of relations databases, SQL, and JAVA database design and applications.
