Palmetto Health gets grant from Duke Endowment

The hospital received $3 million to develop a new model of care for patients with complex illnesses. It will be used to expand an outpatient case management program, develop a new patient care center and secure accreditation as a patient-centered medical home.

Fehrer Automotive to expand in Spartanburg County

The company, an international developer and series supplier for the automobile industry, plans to invest more than $14 million and expects to create 130 new jobs over the next five years.
