Join Exit Realty - Our Team Welcomes you!

The Future of Real Estate is here!

Here is a brief explanation of the Exit formula. If you are a licensed Real estate agent or are thinking of becoming one give us a call and ask for Ed Flowers to discuss a Real Estate career with a FUTURE!!!

Exit's Formula
PREMISE 1: An individual will put out ENERGY in direct proportion to what he/she expects to get in return.

PREMISE 2: The Salespeople are the ASSETs of a Brokerage!
Why put only ONE person in charge of recruiting, training, & Retaining these assets?

OBJECTIVE: A System where you can earn "MORE" than 100% with NO DESK FEES!

10% Sponsoring Bonus Residuals
At EXIT, we encourage everyone to help build the company. We do this by providing a bonus equivalent to 10% of the gross commissions of every agent you directly sponsor into the company . . . anywhere in the world! This bonus is paid by our international Head Office as a bonus for helping to build the company.

For example, if you sponsor Jim into EXIT, you receive a bonus equivalent to 10% of Jim's gross commission, up to $10,000 per year for as long as both you and Jim are a part of EXIT. The bonus comes from head office, so it doesn't reduce Jim's commission -- could you do something with that?

Now please note that if Jim sponsors "Mary", Jim will receive 10% of Mary's gross commission up to $10,000 per year. You don't receive any financial bonus from Mary's work... but I bet Jim will be happier and keep working for EXIT... and for YOU!

EXIT is not "Multi-Level Marketing" It's only a one level Sponsoring Bonus... but just think about the bonus! And in this way, you have the opportunity to earn more than 100% commission, year after year after year. So answer this question: How many "Jims" could you sponsor over the next ten years?

7% Retirement Residuals Benefit

But it gets better!
What happens when most real estate agents retire? Does the company care about them? Does your income continue? At EXIT it DOES!

At EXIT, you will continue to receive a retirement bonus equivalent to 7% of the gross commission of all the agents you have sponsored into EXIT as long as they stay with exit, up to $7,000 per year each. Could this make a difference for you?

And this retirement benefit is ENHANCEABLE - Continue to sponsor new agents into the company after you retire to enhance your retirement! What other company allows you to increase your retirement benefit? EXIT DOES!

5% Beneficiary

And what happens when the inevitability of death occurs? How have you planned to take care of your spouse, children or other beneficiaries? Does your company have a plan in the event of your untimely death? EXIT DOES!

At EXIT, your beneficiaries will continue to receive a death benefit equivalent to 5% of the gross commissions of each agent you have personally sponsored into the EXIT system, up to $5,000 each annually. Could this help your beneficiaries?

The Value of a Name...

EXIT signs are everywhere! "EXIT" is the most advertised word in the world. All commercial and industrial property must have "EXIT" signs located over doorways so that the public is protected in case of emergency. "EXIT" signs can be seen in hotels, restaurants, and businesses of all kinds. Over the years, the public has become conditioned to instinctively react to the word "EXIT". If offers potential opportunity should it be required. This reflects our company's philosophy as well.

Join the Team...

"EXIT" provides innovative solutions for the real estate industry's major problems.

  1. Ineffective Recruiting
  2. No Future Benefits for Past Service
  3. It all Depends on the Individual
  4. Management downsizing and disparagement
  5. Receivables/Collections - The Broker's Dilemma

A special formula has been designed to solve these five problems...

Welcome to EXIT REALTY

Most of the players in the field have come to the conclusion that there is no "way out" of the dilemmas previously described. Our premise, to offset this position is...

...a doorway that leads to optimism, profitability and fulfillment in this industry...

With this theme in mind, our formula, acting as this path, shall be referred to as "EXIT" and the reason for this shall become obvious once the ingredients of this formula are totally understood.

Solution #1

Recruiting Incentive

Solution #2

Synergy Residuals

Solution #3

Special Expandable Pension

Solution #4

Management Bonus Cushion

Solution #5

Receivables Question

Recruiting Incentive

The first prime problem of the real estate industry is that of recruiting. One person in charge of recruiting is a slow way to build an office. In this regard, the sponsoring bonus offered by "EXIT" totally remedies this problem. The bonus gives each salesperson a vested interest in the growth and development of the company. Every one of the sales team can profit from the recruiting process. An "EXIT" salesperson can create an office of recruits within the office and be remunerated handsomely for it without the requirement of a Broker's license. A salesperson would bear no direct responsibility for the recruits sponsored and yet would earn a 10% bonus on gross commissions therein.

Synergy Residuals

Sponsoring productive recruits into "EXIT" automatically eliminates the problem of "It all depends on the individual". Each recruit is a source of supplemental income that requires no work from the referrer whatsoever. It is perpetual and continues for as long as the sponsored recruits remain with the company. In this way, this source of funds acts as a residual. The group literally helps the individual. Sponsoring expands sources of income and therefore safety is enhanced. This generates reinforced synergy, automatic retention, and acts as a built-in recruiting mechanism. Each salesperson develops over time a vested interest in the productivity of those whom they have sponsored and group reinforcement is accentuated as a result. This acts as " a good ethics reinforcement" as well. Termination for "bad ethics" could be very costly under these conditions.

Special Expandable Pension

Should an "EXIT" salesperson decide to retire from selling real estate, a "pension plan" is created from the sponsoring bonuses that he or she has established. The salesperson has the privilege of being paid a pension of 7% of the gross commissions brought in by those previously sponsored into "EXIT" provided his/her real estate license is kept with the brokerage in good standing. The retiring salesperson also retains the privilege of enhancing this pension plan while in retirement by continuing to sponsor salespeople into the company. This type of expandable pension plan is not found in conventional business and it adds an advantage that helps guarantee security and peace of mind over the coming years.

Management Bonus Cushion

The problem of "management downsizing and disparagement" is easily cured with the "EXIT" sponsoring bonus as well. Each "EXIT" broker/owner and/or sales manager shall be allotted a sponsoring privilege whereby they too can take advantage of building the company through recruiting. Sponsoring is unlimited to management whereby the 10% bonus is claimed by the broker and/or the sales manager of the operation for recruiting. This solution eliminates the necessity for management to sell real estate for survival and provides additional cash flow and security.

Receivables Question

The problem entitled "Receivables/Collectables - The Broker's Dilemma" does not exist at "EXIT". There are no desk fees leveled against "EXIT" salespeople to run the brokerage. The broker receives a substantial commission generated by the salespeople and from this sufficient operating capital is available to run the business and profit. No large bills can accumulate or remain unpaid by the salespeople as in so many competitive brokerage operations today. There is no "Squeeze Play" between either the salespeople and the broker or the broker and the Regional Head office.
